Returns:

1. Unused and Unopened Products: The item(s) being returned must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received them. It should also be repacked in the original packaging to ensure its safe return.

2. Initiate Return Request: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at shop@alphashaving.com. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return address.

3. Your order number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package being returned. Returns without a valid Order Number may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item(s). Alpha Shaving will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return process.

Refunds:

Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify that they meet our return policy criteria, we will process your refund. Please note the following:

1. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. If the original payment method is unavailable, we may issue the refund in the form of store credit.
